Creating emails at Eastbay is a collabritive process that starts with direction given by the category team, which includes products to showcase and what the goal/story we are trying to tell is.  After receiving copy from copywriters I am task to design in a way that will be appealing and make customers want to continue scrolling and click to our website.

The email process often includes last minute changes from stakeholders and leadership, and constant communication is vital through this process.
